CAGE OF GOLD

Description: Cage of Gold is a 1950 British drama from Ealing Studios directed by Basil Dearden, and starring Jean Simmons, David Farrar, and James Donald. A young bride believes her husband has been killed. After a suitable period of mourning, she re-marries. But then her "dead" husband comes back and tries to extort money from her.

THE RINGER

In the 1952 British thriller The Ringer, directed by Guy Hamilton, a notorious master of disguise known as "The Ringer" seeks vengeance against Maurice Meister (Herbert Lom), an unscrupulous lawyer believed to have caused the death of the chameleon's sister. Despite police surveillance, the chameleon infiltrates Meister's circle to execute his plot.
