|Do you ship to my country?|
|Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.|
|What are my payment choices?|
|During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. We accept PayPal and Major Credit Cards.|
|When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?|
|Shipping is free anywhere in the world.|
|What is the return policy?|
|1. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods if you are not satisfied. We accept unopened returns due to our error (the seal MUST be intact). Any returns not due to our error are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We are not responsible for return shipping fees on returns that are not the result of our error.
2. All Refunds are subject to a $0.30 USD transaction fee - this is a Fixed Fee and not refundable.
3. We do not give refunds for opened items.
4. If a product is damaged we can offer a partial refund or store credit.
5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued via a PayPal and all Major Credit Cards, this can take from 3 to 7 days.

1. Once Gift Cards have been sent via email it cannot be returned or refunded…No Exceptions!
